Bacchus Brewery | Brisbane | The Thousands

We?ve found the source of your hangover. Sure now you can bypass the taxi ride home from your favourite craft-beer bar, but more likely you?re going to want to turn up the magnitude of your delirium by increasing the alcohol content of your favourite brew, or better yet make home a craft brew-house of it?s own for next weekend?s drinks.

Bacchus Brewery basically has everything a beer belly could desire other than fried food. First they have their standard beer tap offerings, but try calling cinnamon apple pie, espresso dark ale, or smoky bacon and maple syrup flavoured beers standard. You have driven all the way to Capalaba though so why not bypass the stock flavours and do what bars including The End, Super Whatnot, The Scratch, etc, etc, etc have done and create your own special brew?

Ross and his crew will provide the know how and it?s a much more affordable exercise than you?d expect with minimum orders of just 50 litres of beer from under $300. The process only takes a few weeks and I?m sure if you ask nicely Ross will let you come in and visit your beer during the fermentation process, or maybe even water it and watch the alcohol content grow.
