Keep an Eye on Your Eye Health - Living Smart Girl

I never really gave my eyes or vision ability much thought when I was younger.? I knew I had eyes, and knew I could see so what more is there, right?? Wrong!? As I get older and myself and others around me start having issues with vision it has become very clear to me that eye health is very important.

I got my first pair of glasses when I was in 7th grade.? Hated them, wore them as little as possible.? Still to this day I only wear glasses for driving.? But, I have noticed that even watching tv, or being at a mall shopping or things like that I am having some issues seeing.? So, it is time to start looking for contacts as I really don?t like wearing glasses.? It is great to know there are places like 1-800-Contacts to help me find exactly what I need.? They offer great prices on contacts, price matching and free shipping on orders over $50.?? When it comes to my eyes I am picky and wouldn?t trust just anybody, but they are one company I know I can trust and am very comfortable ordering from.? They offer a great selection of brands to choose from all at great prices.

Don?t be like me and put off your eye health.? It is important as we get older to keep that in check.? Just like the rest of your body, your eyes are very important and you need them every day.
